Street children will receive their support from parents or Kebele representatives through the women and children office of each district.

It is planned to support the school uniform or other clothes for the children who have returned from the street to school when it is confirmed that they are attending their classes.

 

The association spent about 1,000,000.00 ETB for this activity, excluding the cost of uniforms/clothes, and in the coming weeks, vulnerable children who could not attend school due to the increase in the price of education materials will be supported through Local Churches.

As the number of street children in Sodo Town is increasing from time to time, the Terepeza Development Association will continue to strengthen its work in the future in cooperation with stakeholders as much as possible in addition with its wider sustainable development programs as already stated in the organizational strategic plan. በጠረጴዛ ልማት ማህበር የህፃናት እንክብካቤ እና የማህበረሰብ ልማት ፕሮግራም በመደበኛነት ከሚደገፉ 1,700 ለችግር ተጋላጭ ህጻናት በተጨማሪ ለ2015 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን ከጎዳና ተነስተው ወደ ቀያቸው ተመልሰው ትምህርታቸውን ለመከታተል ፈቃደኛ የሆኑ ሕጻናትና ወጣቶችን ጨምሮ ለ1,850 ተማሪዎች በ3 ዙር የትምህርት ቁሳቁስ ድጋፍ ተደርጓል።

በፈቃዳቸው ከጎዳና ተነስተው ወደ ቤተሰባቸው የሚቀላቀሉ የቁሳቁስ ድጋፋቸውን የሚያገኙት ከወላጆች፥ አሳዳጊዎቻቸው ወይም ከቀበሌ ተወካዮች በየወረዳቸው ከሚገኙ የሴቶችና ህፃናት ጽ/ቤት ሲሆን ከጎዳና ኑሮ ወደ ት/ቤት የተመለሱ ህጻናት ትምህርታቸውን በተገቢው እየተከታተሉ ስለመሆናቸው ማረጋገጫ ከያሉበት ሲደርስ ልማት ማህበሩ እንደየትምህርት ቤቱ ዩኒፎርም ወይም ሌሎች አልባሳት ድጋፍ ለማድረግም ውጥን ይዟል።

በአጠቃላይ ልማት ማህበሩ ለዚሁ ተግባር የዩኒፎርም/ ሌሎች አልባሳትን ወጪ ሳይጨምር 1,000,000.00 ብር ገደማ ወጪ ያደረገ ሲሆን በሚቀጥሉት ሳምንታት በትምህርት ቁሳቁስ ዋጋ መጨመር ምክንያት ትምህርታቸውን መከታተል ላልቻሉ ሕፃናት ችግሩ ጎልቶ በሚታይባቸው አካባቢ ከሚገኙ ቤተክርስቲያናት ጋር በመተባበር ድጋፍ ይደረግላቸዋል።

በሶዶ ከተማ የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች ቁጥር ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ መምጣቱ እጅግ አሳሳቢ እንደመሆኑ ልማት ማህበሩ ከሚያከናውናቸው ሰፊ የዘላቂ ልማት መርሃ ግብሮች በተጨማሪ ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በተለይም ከቤተክርስቲያናት ጋር በመተባበር መሰል ተግባራትን ማከናወኑን አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል። እናመሰግናለን! ወላይታ ቃለ ሕይወት ቤተክርስቲያንንና ቺልድረን ቢሊቭ፡፡
