TDA is a Christian humanitarian and development organization whose mission is to work with the poor and lay the foundation for a prosperous, just and peaceful society in Ethiopia through promoting sustainable and inclusive development and through tackling the structural and systemic causes of poverty, in justice and inequalities.
Our priority commitment is to the poor, ensure equity and inclusiveness in our work, hold ourselves accountable to higher quality standards, achieve better outcomes through teamwork, and we grow more effective in partnership.
