In its effort to help improve the food security situation of smallholders in Damot Sore, Boloso Sore, Soddo and Boditti, TDA with its Tearfund Ireland supported project has provided 5,873 improved varieties of avocado and mango seedlings to 650 farmers and 18 local churches.
Such varieties would help vulnerable farmers to become resilient against the adverse effects of climate change.
